A1 Air Quality Consultants was founded by professionals who spent decades working in the remediation industry. After 25+ years performing mold remediation at highly technical levels — including work for local government, educational institutions, and manufacturing facilities — we made the move to the testing side of the industry.
Why? Because we saw firsthand how inconsistent testing methods and moved goalposts were creating confusion for property owners and contractors alike. We studied the testing industry, identified the most recognized standards, and built A1 around a commitment to never compromise those standards under any circumstance.
A1 Air Quality Consultants was started by Dallas Gunn Sr. and his son, Dallas Gunn Jr., in the Upstate of South Carolina. Through honesty, fast response times, and open communication, they have grown to serve all of South Carolina and North Carolina, plus parts of Georgia.
